Slušaj.rs is an audiobook platform in the Serbian language, built to make domestic literature, classics, school reading lists and contemporary titles available to audiences in a modern audio format. The project did not mean building a website alone, but developing a complete digital product that connects a large catalog of audio content, user accounts, subscriptions, book playback and the mobile experience.

Challenge
The system had to be simple for users and flexible enough to support the platform's constant growth at the same time. The key challenges were organizing a large number of books, authors and categories, straightforward registration and account management, several subscription models, a reliable audio player that tracks listening progress, adapting to mobile devices, and a system able to grow along with the catalog and the number of users.

Solution
We built Slušaj.rs as a complete subscription-based digital product. A user can find a book in one place, start listening and pick up exactly where they left off, without complicated steps or an interface loaded with things they do not need. Particular attention went into the structure of the catalog and the UX, so that even among hundreds of available titles a user quickly finds the content they are looking for.

Result
Slušaj.rs today has a catalog of more than 480 audiobooks, a web platform and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Over the course of development the platform grew from an initial catalog into an ecosystem that brings together technology, audio production and distribution. The project shows how a good digital product does not come out of good design or out of building individual features alone, but out of a system designed from the start to grow.
