OUR ROLE
Website design and development

HPL Centar is a family-owned construction company from Nova Pazova that builds residential buildings. The company has been in business since 2014, with a number of completed and ongoing projects behind it.

With the new website, the goal was not only to present the company and its portfolio. The site had to become a place where a prospective buyer can understand what is being built right now, check which units are available, look at floor plans and take the next step toward buying.

01

Challenge

When buying an apartment, a person needs a lot of information before they even decide to contact the developer.

Which buildings are under construction right now? What stage are they at? When is move-in planned? Which apartments are still available? What are their size, layout and price? What does the floor plan look like?

If that information isn't clearly organized, a prospective buyer quickly has to fall back on phone calls and follow-up questions just to get a basic picture of what's on offer.

Our task was to organize a large amount of data about projects and apartments so that a visitor can find, on their own, the information they need to make a decision.

02

Solution

We organized the site around the way a buyer naturally researches a property.

Current projects are separated from completed ones, and each building got its own page with information about the current stage of work, planned move-in, location and available units.

That way a visitor can move step by step from a general overview of the company to the specific apartment they are interested in, without hunting for information across different pages and documents.

02.1

A current offer you can actually search

One of the most important parts of the site is the apartment listing inside each project.

For every unit, a visitor can see its status, label, floor area, number of rooms, floor and floor plan, and go straight to contacting the developer. At the project level, available, reserved and sold apartments are clearly shown.

This way the site doesn't work like a classic gallery of buildings, but as a live overview of the offer that helps the buyer narrow down their choice before making contact.

02.2

Construction stage as part of the decision

A buyer cares about more than how the finished building will look. They also want to know where the project stands right now and when they can expect to move in.

That's why we made the construction stage visible already in the project overview, and on the building's detail page we connected it with the other key information about the project.

This gives the visitor a more realistic picture of where the project stands today, rather than just a render of the future building.

02.3

Completed projects as proof of experience

Alongside the current sales, it was important to show what HPL Centar has already built.

Completed projects are set apart as a separate portfolio, so that a prospective buyer can see the earlier buildings and get a better sense of the developer's experience. This way past work is not just an archive, but part of building trust in the company and its new projects.

02.4

Direct contact with the developer

One of HPL Centar's defining traits is direct communication with buyers, with no real estate agency in between. We carried that into the structure of the site.

The call to get in touch and book a site visit appears at the points where a visitor naturally decides they want more information: after viewing a project, the available apartments and a specific floor plan.

The goal was not simply to add more CTA buttons, but to shorten the path from interest in an apartment to an actual conversation and a site visit.

02.5

Visual approach

We designed the site so that the projects and the information about them stay front and center.

A clean structure, large photography, a clear typographic hierarchy and enough white space let us present a large amount of data without it feeling overwhelming.

It was especially important to us that pages with dozens of apartments stay clear and easy to use on mobile devices too.

03

Result

HPL Centar now has a website that brings together, in one place, the company's introduction, current projects, apartment availability, floor plans, completed buildings and direct contact with the developer.

Instead of a digital brochure that only shows what the company builds, we made a tool that follows the way a prospective buyer actually makes a decision: from getting to know the developer and the project, through looking at a specific apartment, to booking a site visit.

The site thus becomes part of the sales process, not just a presentation of what has already been built.
