Welcome to Nine Pixels. These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Nine Pixels provides digital solutions including:

• Custom website design and development
• Web application development
• Business software solutions
• E-commerce solutions
• Consulting services
• Team outsourcing

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not disrupt or interrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Nine Pixels or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

For client projects, intellectual property rights are governed by individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, upon full payment clients receive ownership of the custom work created specifically for their project.

For development projects:

• Project scope, deadlines and pricing are defined in individual quotes or contracts
• Changes to the project scope may require additional time and cost
• Client approval is required at key milestones before work continues
• Final deliverables are handed over upon receipt of full payment
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment schedules are set out in individual project quotes
• Invoices are due within the stated payment period
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments
• All prices are exclusive of tax unless otherwise stated

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Either party may terminate the business relationship:

• With written notice as set out in the project agreement
• Immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms
• Upon completion of the agreed project deliverables
• The client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
