Questions everyone asks.
- When do I pay the first installment?
- When you sign the contract, together with the one-time add-ons you chose, if any. You pay the other 11 installments once a month, and the 12 months count from signing.
- What if I do not sign a maintenance contract after the 12th installment?
- The site stays live, but it has no maintenance from us. The design and code are yours by then. You can pay for the server and the domain only, or move the site to another provider. You receive the code, content, photos and data within 7 days.
- Who owns the site while I pay the subscription?
- Domain, copy, photos and data are yours from day one. Design and code become yours once you have paid 12 installments and all add-ons. Until then you use the site as part of the subscription, together with hosting, maintenance and changes.
- What if I need more changes than the package includes?
- Extra hours are €89 per hour, or you move to a bigger package. For larger work you get a quote first, then decide.
- Can I start with Landing and move to Website later?
- Yes, at any time. What is already built is not built again, and the price difference applies from the next month.
- What if I need something that is not in the packages?
- Larger integrations, PIM, ERP or custom applications are quoted separately, as before. The subscription still covers hosting, maintenance and support.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- No, all prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
- We run a large system. What is Enterprise?
- The package for large stores and systems with ERP, PIM and multiple sales channels. The price depends on scope, integrations, SLA and the team you need, so it is not listed. After a scoping call you get a proposal within 3 working days.
