- Do I pay anything before launch?
- No. The monthly fee starts on the day the site goes live. Before that you pay only for the one-time add-ons you chose, if any.
- What if I want to leave after 12 months?
- You cancel with 30 days’ notice and no termination fee. The site is taken down and you receive your content, photos and data as an export within 7 days.
- Who owns the site while I pay the subscription?
- Domain, copy, photos and data are yours from day one. Design and code are part of the subscription and remain ours: that is what you pay for monthly, together with hosting, maintenance and changes.
- What if I need more changes than the package includes?
- Extra hours are €89 per hour, or you move to a bigger package. For larger work you get a quote first, then decide.
- Can I start with Landing and move to Website later?
- Yes, at any time. What is already built is not built again, and the price difference applies from the next month.
- What if I need something that is not in the packages?
- Larger integrations, PIM, ERP or custom applications are quoted separately, as before. The subscription still covers hosting, maintenance and support.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- No, all prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
- We run a large system. What is Enterprise?
- The package for large stores and systems with ERP, PIM and multiple sales channels. The price depends on scope, integrations, SLA and the team you need, so it is not listed. After a scoping call you get a proposal within 3 working days.
