OUR ROLE
Full product development

The padel community is growing, but organizing a game still often depends on group chats, private messages and manually coordinating with other players. Finding a partner of the right level, an open time slot and a location can take longer than the match itself.

For Padel2All, we built a digital platform that brings that process into one place, letting players find other players more easily, organize matches, track results and build their profile through the matches they actually play.

01

Challenge

The main challenge wasn't just building another padel app, but solving the concrete problems that come up before and after every match.

Organizing a game means matching player level, location, time slot and open spots. After the match, the result needs to be recorded, progress tracked, and players need a way to find new opponents at the right level.

The goal was to bring all of those activities together into one simple user flow and build a product that could grow alongside the padel community.

Solution

We built an iOS and Android app that connects players based on the data that actually matters for organizing a game.

At the center of the app is Quick Match, a feature that lets a player find the right match for their level, location and availability.

Players can create and browse open matches, find an open spot in an existing game and connect directly with the other participants.

That way, a process that used to run across several different communication channels becomes part of one system.

02.1

Matchmaking based on player level

One of the platform's key parts is the ELO ranking system.

After a match is played, the result is logged in the app, and the player's rating changes based on the result and the opponent's level.

That way, a player's level isn't based only on a subjective assessment, but forms over time through actual results.

An ELO rating also gives the platform a basis for better matching between users and finding opponents of a similar level.

02.2

Everything needed to organize a match

Beyond matchmaking, the app covers player profiles, open matches, match history, statistics, a map of padel clubs, communication between match participants and push notifications.

That gives a player one place to find where they want to play, find other players, organize a match and, once it's over, keep tracking their results and progress.

Particular care went into keeping the app simple to use despite the large amount of connected data and rules behind it.

02.3

A platform that isn't limited to one club or city

Padel2All is designed as a platform that connects the wider padel community, not just the users of a single club.

Using location and profile data, a player can find relevant clubs and matches, while their profile, match history and rating stay tied to them no matter where they play.

That lays the foundation for a network of players that can grow alongside the platform's availability in new cities and clubs.

02.4

From a player app to a complete padel ecosystem

Padel2All was never meant to be just an app for finding a playing partner.

The product's architecture and the platform's ongoing development are built so that it can, over time, connect the padel ecosystem's different participants and bring together more of the activities that today run through separate systems and communication channels.

The next phases of development include organizing and managing tournaments, booking and managing courts, tools for padel clubs and coaches, leaderboards and competitions, as well as additional commercial features and an equipment store.

The goal is for Padel2All to grow from an app aimed primarily at players into a central digital platform connecting players, clubs, coaches, tournaments and other padel-related services.

03

Result

Padel2All today brings together the key activities needed to connect players and organize a game, from finding the right match to logging results and tracking ratings.

Instead of information spread across different groups, messages and contacts, users get one place to organize their padel experience.

At the same time, the product was built with a clear plan for further scaling, so the existing app forms the foundation for a wider digital ecosystem that will connect a growing number of players, clubs and other members of the padel community.
