LeadDelta had outgrown its five-year-old WordPress site. The company had changed in the meantime, the product had evolved, and the site no longer kept up with the pace the team wanted to work at. The goal was not just a new design. It had to be a system that could grow with the company and let the team publish new pages and changes far faster, without depending on a developer for every single edit.

Challenge
The entire site had to be redesigned and built in under six weeks. The project covered more than 25 pages, custom graphics, animations and a move from the existing WordPress setup to a more flexible architecture. Beyond the speed of delivery, one of the main requirements was that the LeadDelta designer be able to get from a Figma design to a new page or an edit on the site far more easily.

Solution
The site was moved to Strapi, while the new frontend was built to support the new visual identity, the animations and the platform's further growth. Claude Code was brought into the daily workflow, which lets the team handle a large share of the changes far more independently. AI was not added here as a feature for site visitors; it is built into the way the LeadDelta team works with the site.

Result
LeadDelta now has a platform that keeps up much better with the speed of their business. The team can test ideas, publish new pages and make changes faster, while their dependence on the development team for everyday work has dropped significantly. According to the client's own data, SEO performance was better after launch and the new site began to gain more traction.
