For client projects, intellectual property rights are governed by individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project.

For development projects:

• Project scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in individual proposals or contracts
• Changes to project scope may require additional time and cost
• Client approval is required at key milestones before proceeding
• Final deliverables are provided upon receipt of full payment
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals
• Invoices are due within the specified payment period
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• With written notice as specified in the project agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Upon completion of agreed project deliverables
• Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
