Novi 25. Maj is a contemporary residential complex in Mladenovac, conceived as a blend of modern architecture, functionality and quality living. The project comprises several buildings and a large number of apartments, with the goal of offering a long-term housing solution, not just square meters.

The challenge was to present this concept through a digital channel that sells not just apartments, but a way of life.

Challenge

The project's digital presence was limited to a basic presentation, without a clear structure to guide the user through the key advantages of the complex.

In the real estate market, where most projects communicate through similar information — square footage, location and price — it was necessary to create clear differentiation.

The key challenges were:

- how to make the project stand out in a competitive market

- how to present value, not just features

- how to bring the feeling of living in the complex closer to the user
